Yes it is.
This platform license fee is only in relation to this product and so is in addition to DSD which as I understand it is a product/project on the supplier side of the equation, whereas this product is servicing the Capricorn members.
Will be good to see regular business updates from here on the progress of this commercial rollout, even if it's not price sensitive.
