Hi QBE'rs

I pride myself on being honest and disclosing everything so I thought I'd just touch base with you to let you know I decided to take some small profits at $18.30 (buyin price was $17.94 and held even after it hit $16.09) mainly because I want to relax over Xmas/NY break and not have to worry about the stockmarket etc - It's been a bit of an obsession lately so I want to relax on my holidays and then re-assess everything when I get back.

Having said that though, I fully expect to buy back into QBE when I get back as I honestly still believe it's the best buy out of all the blue chips on the ASX and that won't change.

I'm not about to start talking down QBE now that I don't hold it like others do on this thread according to their holdings as that would unethical I believe - The fact is QBE is a world class company and I'll definately be back in at some stage in Jan.

Anyhow, I'll still be checking in here daily and having a read and wish you guys all the very best as well.
