    - Management's lack of control over the C&M staff?
    - The prior board member being kicked out, whom LG says is highly effective?
    - CEO prioritizing his own networking and lifestyle over day to day operations and ramp-up?
    - Nucharee and various conflicts of interest?
    - People seeking to replace the CEO / remuneration.
    - Various old news articles about chairman and his past roles / dissenters.

    Hard for shareholders to know which ones are true or false. The company will not say.
