Clearly, the market has trust issues with PEN. I think it will stay that way until commissioning/ production data tells a more rosy picture. After disappointing for so long, it will take more than a few construction photos to convince the sceptics. I look forward to the steady trickle of production data to analyse in the next 12 months.
