I found it it concerning that KCN did not communicate how the bonuses or remuneration were reached, in light of how much they were. Perhaps a clear explanation to shareholders would have helped

Additionally, if you agree the bonus and remuneration were fair, what do you think it will be once KCN starts producing a positive cashflow, or sells NE? I hate to think. Imagine the number of options that will be granted

Voting against the remuneration simply sends a message and puts them on notice for the next 12 months. To be clear, it sends a signal of your dissatisfaction with the share price UP TO 30 JUNE 2024, but does not have immediate consequences for the board. My view is that if shareholders want to see Jamie and RSK putting their best foot forward over the next 12 months and getting that share price up over $2, you vote NO

If KCN's remuneration report receives another "no" vote (2nd strike) next year, this will trigger a "spill resolution."

So you decide - vote NO for the past 12 month performance, including Plant 1 delays, no TAFTA settlement, no sale of NE etc etc and send a message that significantly high bonuses and above market remuneration should be aligned with the share price ??

Or Vote YES because you believe plant delays, no sale of NE, lack of communication and a very poor share price performance over the past 12 months deserves a significant pay rise

Finally, for Resolution #1 I will be voting no for RSK's re-election. I think KCN would do well to bring in a fresh pair of eyes now. The annual rants reveal a man that has very little respect for shareholders, or probably anyone else for that matter, and the company needs a higher level of professionalism
