For over twenty years he has been promoting himself as the Guru of Rare Earths through any forum he can find ~ REO being one of his favorites. The man is a bigger dreamer than yourself, as he has been promoting his Texas Rare Earth project "Roundtop" since before RE's became fashionable. To give him his due, he did manage to con Joe Gutnick into buying into Roundtop for USA RE but that was when NdPr prices were still rising, Roundtop's grades are even more absurd than Makuuta and Gutnick is attempting to salvage his money by trying to take USA RE public.
