Without scrutineering the poll, it would seem Republic voted AGAINST, an occurence which could hardly have been predicted. Obviously they have something extremely devious in mind and, given their form, advantageous to them and possibly/ probably damaging to other shareholders!

Last night's announcement concerned "good faith" discussions. Such discussions could ONLY involve gettting Republic on side. (Now this reminds me of the scene in Blazing Saddles where Cleavon Little holds a gun to his own head.)

Question is "What will Republic's price be and what form will it be in?"
