I reckon that is a harsh. I have placed my opinion and my trading style into my comment. I stated my opinion, and why i am not currently impressed with the lack of progress.
I gave no advice to anyone, and wished those who wished to hold, well.

Yes buc. No news is pretty boring. I personally don't like it when company's go quiet. I personally do not subscribe to no news must mean big announcement imminent. Company's that make regular progress announce to market regularly.
No news may well equal no progress IMO.
I am an investor and occasional trader. I am not going to park my money indefinitely because i "hope" something is happening.

buyu56, what shred of evidence do you have that CHK are involved in anything? They bought some land. End of story until any new information come to hand.
"makes no sense"? What would make sense to you in this climate? I have stated my trading style and requirements. I will follow them, rather then take trading advice from people i don't know.
Everyone's tax concerns are their own. Don't presume to know mine.

It is not a question of announce or else as you both alluded to. Nobody cares whether i stay in or not, and won't make a dot of difference to you or anyone else. Am just being honest about my frustration that a company with so much apparent potential does not seem to be progressing.

Are people only allowed to post here as long as they are bullish? Are people too challenged by a difference of opinion? I am sure you two guys don't get it right all the time.
At least i put my time into explaining my opinions. What did you two add to the discussion except deriding someone?

I entered this stock for similar reasons to everyone else.
If I choose to exit because it no longer satisfies me, so be it.
If you don't have limits and thresholds, fine. But don't condemn someone else for at least stating their thoughts.

Ultimately, if I sell, I sell. I am not rusted on to any stock, here or anywhere else. If I see better more transparent opportunities elsewhere, so be it. If SSN rockets, and i miss out, so be it.
I am not asking anyone to prescribe to my view, or investment strategy. Don't take it so personally. I am a holder too, and am entitled to voice my opinion.
