No I don't believe they have submitted the final IND yet. (Technically, the revised protocol).
Yes once submitted it's a max 30 day cycle, they (FDA) can get back to us earlier but we kinda know the chance of that happening is very low, the FDA have usually gone to the max allowable time.
I would've thought there is an element of new buying and some top up's as the market is building a lower chance of a full scale massively dilutive cap raise specially after Director Fry is buying some on market.
I also do not rate a CR on market occurring though there might be some small dilution necessary as part of some sort of funding arrangement? Not sure. We will wait and see.
