    cheers buzz

I'm only a newbie (2 years or wo) in this game and yet to try out CFDs or options or shorts. Have only recently dipped my toes in margin (though believe me with the markets finely poised, copper on a ridiculous tear, POO poking above 90 I am already starting to go back into cash). Need to do a lot more research re: CFDs I still don't really understand how it all works.... and my brokers (NAB for my main account, Commsec for margin) are hopeless at helping the small mushrooms.

Back to QBE, I'd be waiting to see what happens at 17.50, if it goes back to 17 then its another gift IMO. US equity market is just betting for history repeating, have a read over on the XJO forums if you want a cheery christmas lol. I've even been paying attention to our mate Calvo's bond stuff and I have to admit I do think he's on the money re: macro situation, but not convinced that its entirely bad for QBE. I remember during GFC we were hardly touched, was it because we're so cash heavy?
