I got attracted to this as well as another U play I once held, GUE. The GRV presso at RRS makes good reading and the board looks to have a good background - then I come and look at HC and its all doom and gloom.
Anyway I rotated out of something which can only be described as a wild west pantomime into silver and things are moving along with them - the rest is veeery slooow.
WHY? Well POG is up 40% an oz, but its still only an oz. The house is up more than 40% (so the agents say) but its still just the same (slightly tired) place.
SO IMO! Its not those things which have increased in value - its your currency which has decreased in value.
Time for a change at the very top - cant come soon enough for me.
Thats my reasoning why HC is full of it, and why there is no money going into valuable low cap stocks - its all in POG and houses etc.
Just sayin.
