to be honest, I dont think anyone in management or IR care about the actual share price; Doug's yearly package is pushing 900k; really?; on a $16 mill market cap (before raise) we pay ONE guy almost a $million
there are 'board decided incentives'; I think incentives are 'if you are breathing and the company is not bankrupt, you have passed all the targets.... gobble up'
