MMR had a recent small CR to raise working capital.
The terms of the raise were very good. .0044 per share with an attaching option for each share.
If those on here are as wealthy as they claim, then they could have sent MMR an expression of Interest and possibly been involved in this CR.
In comparison ,this CR is .005 per share and 0.5 option per share Shares/option is 2:1.
Anyone who could, would have particpated in the previous CR. If you did not hold then the previous CR would have provided a foot in the door so as to eligible for this CR. Assuming you did not previously hold. It was canvassed that this CR would be a non-renounceable raise for exisitng holders.
Shit, that is confusing !!!
MEC resources have stated that they only need to raise a minimum of 2M anything more is just gravy, pure gravy.
