Former Zip U.S. CFO Simon Keast Appointed CEO of Ovanti Limited to Lead U.S. BNPL Expansion

Melbourne, Australia, October 17, 2024 – Ovanti Limited (ASX: OVT) has named Simon Keast, former U.S. CFO of Zip Co Limited (ASX: ZIP), as its new Chief Executive Officer, effective November 1, 2024. Keast, who was instrumental in Zip’s successful U.S. expansion, will now lead Ovanti’s aggressive push into the rapidly growing Buy-Now-Pay-Later (BNPL) market in the United States.

Zip, a global leader in BNPL services, expanded significantly under Keast’s financial leadership, solidifying its presence in the U.S. market amid fierce competition.
