I`ll have to check this but I think in between the 12 month high (lets just call that "the relative high") on the left and then the slightly higher high down the track, we don't want to see price rise above the 62% line in between those too?..I`ll need to double check this..I think there's often maybe just one spike in there which shoots above that line or maybe even right to it exactly then closes way down low leaving a tall wick.
