And my reply is like it or not china is not what it is 5 years ago. Bith in terms of birth and economic chnages which lead to lower growth. Unemployment is high and their real estate is dead. If one cant afford to buy an apartment and find work , who is goung to get married not to mention have a child or children since china allow more than one today. Have you heard of lay flat in china, means young chineae not willing to work or have family. And i watch china and hoon kong news now and then. It is what it is and if we dont ha e a back up plan then we might be worse compare to today.
Each to their own. We are just putting out our reasonings. To me the SP speak for itself especially after the last half yearly report and the fact that if china is doing well, it impactes greatly on a2m as seen by last friday where we have a huge boost after the stimulus. Dont know if you look at china and stock market..... it went up 30 percent on most stocks there after the announcement byt become dissapointed when thats the only stimulua and their shares is going back down. The same goes for our mining ore aompanies here. Have a look at bhp and fmg.
As i said we are not pulling out of china just that i reckon a2m need to divest and concetrate on other areas of china is stagnating
