I am a little concerned about the lack of news myself! I rang the company last week and was told we would hear about any findings possibly Friday. The silence is deafening! I have been pretty busty at work and have not had time to call Gary again. Maybe tomorrow....
Regardless I always regarded this target as a long shot and not a deal breaker IMO. Would be surprised if mass selling based on Apex alone.
