It is a step in right direction, but I think the market is well aware that if they are going to survive, there will most likely be a substantial capital raising of some type. The market will almost certainly demand a hefty price for new capital.
So I am thinking best to wait for either an announcement of that cap raising, or sufficient asset sales to avoid one, or to be at a point where cashflow begins to make the debt look able to be reduced by at least 5% per year and growing...
Mostly, they just bought some more time.
