The delay in the reporting from Tuesday the 21st was given no explanation. Poor communication yet again.
My gut instinct is they need a further 7 days to wrap up the DOE loan. Interesting, they were supposed to have that done and confirmed by 30/6, then it was end of September . .......... Still no answer. So standard of this board.
The board could have done more by now to arrest the downturn - getting one or two buyers to take a 10% equity stake in Syrah would be a good idea.
