CLZ created 46 billion shares and has only proven up 92,000 oz of gold.
AZY has the market power to raise money on market and it is an attractive takeover target( presently by Gold Fields) , having proven up millions of ounces of gold.
CLZ was not a serious company when compared with almost all other gold explotation companies . Rather CLZ's skill was in marketing & share manipulation .
