M007m, I am all for buying cheap and picking up bargains. As kingy has said watch out for bargains. But even now I look back at that post and realize the agents knew what they where talking about, and how right they where that is was the bottom. Look don't mind admitting that I was wrong and real estate agents where right. But in the end most of the posters talk and blow hot air on this thread because if it did drop again how many of you guys would have the you know what's to drop a couple of mil on development site and develop it. Or even buy a house that they wanted, some actually do it rather than talk about it M007m, so in the end who is smarter or knows more those that will talk about it or those that will actually back there judgement, I don't know but I would be rather the guy who backs themselves rather than the one who tells you ten years later they could and should but where unsure at the time.
But thank you for bringing up that post it just goes those that do, do it. Those that don't teach or talk about it a lot.
