Why do a full detailed cost benefit analysis when things are not so black n white or easily measureable?
All the more reason to do a cost benefit analysis I would say wouldn't you? Interesting that Labor are welcoming the year long research on the FTA research yet want nothing to do with a cost benefit analysis on the NBN. Why would that be I wonder?
