Thats totally correct, the new people want their fill before hand, the question is will long term holders get asked along. I doubt due the number of shares is capped at 200 million so that doesn't go far at the price its at.
No its unfortunate for sure we have $500k in the bank and these guys are doing a raise of $800K that gives a total of $1.3million which isn't a lot so I don't know where they are heading with this due their wages alone will consume a vast proportion of that in an Annum.
1) CEO $300K & Super
2) CFO Unknown but must be $250k and Super
3) Dr E $200K and super.
4) office cost per annum $100k
5) 3 x Directors fees $150k and super.

Doesn't leave a lot for an exploration so what is the go here ?

So they are sure of something or what why are they doing this will not become evident until after the raise is passed and they have some shares in their pockets.
