The board is not fullfilling it's fidiciary obligations and is currently in violation of company law & has been suspended by **promotion blocked** & is on the path to receivership.Google what happens to a company that does not complete it's reporting obligations to market. The answer is , it never trades again on the stock market untill it completes these reporting obligations. ClZ has taken a holiday for an indefinite period of time as it has been delisted.
Ask CiCi . They have a maximum of one year to lodge these periodic reports to **promotion blocked**.
I strongly suggest people type this into.CiCi. They can remain delisted for an indefinite period if time, and it looks like for ever. But directors would have have obligations. This may be why there has been a recent resignation from the board. They are playing the system , why has the AGM been suspended and for how long ?
