So much going for this stock in the future and we all know it, but there's one elephant in the room no one wants to acknowledge that's causing this to fall, i'm surprised as the content and quality of posts on this thread are high, the only thing lacking is an objective view of the pros AND the cons, we should not avoid it or dismiss it and it's important to give all facts when discussing a stock.
Ticks should be used for posts that have information of quality and these do not always necessarily support our current positions or view, but nevertheless are informative.
< Here i'm still hanging out for info on when the "elephant" or should i say 157million elephants are going to be released so to speak, that is my one and only major concern with AVB at the moment.
Remember that 43mil shares issued recently took this to 10.5 this time around it's 157million shares, it would be nice if everyone would stop trying to avoid the fact and have a good go at an informative discussion on how this may affect the short term SP.
