I am not a sophisticated player of the market but the fact that the SP has not moved at this stage of the PEP11 drilling process is puzzling.
Is it the inluence of the share issue (why sell down to 10 cents after a 10 cent issue price?, nervousness after MEOs SP hit, manipulation, the reduction to 15% holding after the drill?
I have held other speccies that ramp up at the time of the drill in anticipation of success but maybe those days are gone (post GFC nerves??).
