It is with great regret that while we were undertaking our "horizontal" developement drilling at chinguetti we unintentionally perforated the Tevet structure and our flow rates unfortunately have increased so we will need to spend an extra $25 million to implement flow restrictriction devices and subsea changes to accomodate the higher pressures and higher flow rates. This has also incurred extra costs to change for future planning and subsea lines that have already been fabricated . Once again I must apologise to shareholders and will sympathise with you on the expected fall in the share price. LOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
