The SwiftStatement product is not merely a pay by link functionality. It is a software tool that captures the Capricorn Member Statement data, reconciles it with the Members Xero records and processes the batch payment and reconciles each individual supplier invoice as paid by reference to the single batch payment to Capricorn.

Just the capacity to recall that data from Xero as and when required by the ATO doing a desktop review of your BAS 12-24 months down the track is worth the fees. Presently, many people struggle to justify their input credits on their BAS because they have reconciliation errors in their Xero from their Capricorn statement or their only proof of payment is the global sum of the statement amount and not that they in fact paid each specific invoice.

I’m unsure of the full specifics but the API used by our company does batch payments and invoice matching via Xero now

Do Capricorn members only use Capricorn as suppliers or do they have other suppliers that won’t be captured?
