Why work hard when you can just do nothing and get paid $1-1.5M per annum without lifting a finger? I can see where he is coming from, too bad that us the shareholders have to pay for that mediocrity and the only other decision-making party, CEZ, benefits from KC/BOD doing nothing so that they get a better takeover deal, criminal. The only way to stop this is to revolt the company and boot out KC.
