We all sit and await anxiously on confirmation of the Chesapeake deal being concluded. It was clearly stated the deal was expected to be unconditional on or before 15th December, 2010 as per ASX announcement. A representative of AZZ informed me last week that everything was proceeding without problems. After posting on Hot Copper this information a flood of comments to the effect of "Why can Antares Energy Management not inform the market and shareholders of progress and updates in a timely manner?" It is poor business not to adhere to stated deadlines or more particularly keep the market informed if the situation alters. There seems to be a need for an Investment Relations Manager within the group or a revaluation of the current structure of hierarchy if this lack of communication continues.
