duty, there is no way in the world the state of Victoria can materially reduce its reliance on brown coal over the next 2 decades. As such even the greens (that have refrigerator, air conditions, washing machines etc) have to concede a 40% reduction is a reasonable compromise.

I've loaded up this morning on basis there was no huge dump after yesterday's record volume. This IMO is a reasonable indicator that this will move higher in coming days/weeks.
