Because that is what is happening.
All the clever suits at Woodside need to do is farm in, but first they are going to have to eat a massive piece of humble pie, which they really dont want to do.
or PCL has had a long and successful relationship with NAMCOR and MME and the respect they have for each other is mutual.
Woodside cant unf*ck this unless they farm-in so its probably time for PCL to step in and fix it for Woodside.
