I think the cost of goods sold includes the payout to JV participants though doesn't it?
I think one aspect to be considered is how the JV can go on now with this much bad blood but is BCC obligated to keep manufacturing and selling the devices at an agreed price which may not be good for BCC? RP could say well the judge said it was a a JV made in good faith and we are happy to enforce it and do not want to buy you out, you have to pay all our legal costs though, and we will carry on.
