Bruh, while there was a large amount of volume from 0.04 -> 2 cents there was also a lot of volume from 2.5->3.6
The only people who can exit for profit now are the people from group one, and it's unlikely people will panic sell in the +3c range before the new CEO even starts.
If it does go that low, volume will be low. Who will be selling?
