Hi Lenni, the problem is, many who could have voted against Mark have instead voted with their feet by exiting the stock. I certainly have as I believe Mark is an incompetent bungler who awards himself an appallingly high pay package for destroying shareholder wealth and equity. He is uncommunicative with retail investors and does not deserve any support whatsoever. He is up with the likes of Michael Kiernan and Mark Smyth on my list of rotten rat bastard directors to avoid.
