TS has to go soon. Not because he wants to but because he has to. He has stepped down from executive chairman to non-executive chair. He is the chairman of CRML and as such the SEC frowns upon the multiple chairs. He cannot afford to run foul of the SEC. TS may well stay as the EC of EUR, but he will have to give up all other positions. There are two new directors onboard, I would say one is there to step up.
