I have to disagree with you on point 1 - we are not in a bull cycle for coal
We’re floating around the bottom of the cycle and have been for the past couple of months. Hence why now is a good time to accumulate.
seriously, if you’re really looking to understand these markets then understanding where the historical cost curves have shifted to will give you a good understanding of where we sit in the cycle.
The lack of optimism in this thread makes me excited, seen it all before in other commodity cycles. Bargaining, denial, anger, acceptance.
