It'll be costly for us if found to have been involved in collusion along with other named generic Pharmaceutical companies in the States . On the 3 Nov 2016 shares crashed 15% after a media report in the US suggested company was not complying with the US DOJ investigation into alleged price collusion among US Pharm companies , over reaction ? hardly , not with DOJ looking at us it wasn't , this still hanging over us probably a big reason we haven't been bought out long ago given pathetic management / market cap for how long now ? .
