Ok after a lot of thinking I think I have finally worked out what is going on. I am pretty sure that total energy and Shell oil have both been in our boardroom and love what they see and are going to put a joint bid in for the complete pel87 lease and take us all out at $2.52 . Maybe I should have started with okay after a lot of drinking.
