This is wild. Hopper has just handed himself an additional ~15% of the company for a cool million.
On 13 May 2024, an EGM was called, to effectively facilitate this raise. The SP had closed at 2.7c the day prior.
The raise has now been completed at a whopping ~70% discount from 2.7c to Hopper and friends...
And while in suspension they announced a somewhat impressive 33% response rate in R/R AML... Wouldn't surprise me to see them try to flog it off within the next 12 months after this response and not even have to worry about stumping up the cash for option conversion.
This is scandalous. No wonder the guy doesn't show his face at the AGMs.
