Snouts are clearly in the trough. Lycopodium has been hired as the engineering consultancy firm, and its Managing Director, Peter De Leo, happens to be on the board of AGY. This means shareholders are now essentially paying Pete’s company for services/expertise he should already be contributing as an AGY board member.
You really couldn't make this sh*t up. It’s pretty brazen to use the company's remaining cash to benefit a board member’s firm. I honestly can't say I'm surprised though......
