Notice the mention of the old leach dumps, once the ML is granted they will probably look these. Given they have come from 40g/t ore there may well be a significant amount of gold still in them. Been sitting there weathering for a very long lime. I'd bet he grade would be higher than the Neta resource.
And the rest may well be a forsale advert, regardless it's good time to extract of value out of it.
