    stefanis, thats not what I am asking, I am asking a SPECIFIC question that relates to what exactly in that article about water is relevant to BOW energy.

    I dont agree with EL that they need 'better addressing'. I have spent some time reading the rules and digesting them; I think that the agreed and legislated coverage of CSG water production, processing and disposal is quite adequate, in my opinion.


    Does the JP Morgan article actually raise anything which is not an already considered or treated risk?

    Does the risk/s apply to BOW Energy? If so, how much?

    Does the social risk of CSG development drop as BOW operates in a much more sparcely populated area?

    Does BOWS reduced exposure to water issues present a potential cost advantage over Surat producers, who are already by far better margin producers?

    How much is a risk the 'uncontrolled gas release' or the 'gas in peoples wells' hype they are tapping into???




    I am genuinely interested in your opinion here.
