The one thing I would have liked to see handled differently was the issue of 12 month options.
My preferred offer would have been only one option (250 million) at .008 cents for every two shares attached to the offer and the other 250 million offered to existing shareholders also at .008 cents and exercisable in 12 months. Company would receive the same funding and shareholders would have 12 months to get cash together.
My preference would have been an issue to existing shareholders as non-renouncable options on a per share basis. It would reward those who have 'risked' more into CHM. I would even let Hopper have another bite.
