It’s called I’m here to make money, nothing else, yes morally through the optics it looks wrong but look at what CE has produced for the people he works for since this happened, absolutely stellar returns for shareholders since it occurred, as I said before it is minuscule in the size of MIN now. Deals like this/kickbacks/favouritism are rife through large scale organisations at different levels, if you don’t believe me then you should get in the real world.
