I think it's hard to say that it's fair value because everything is still speculation until the company actually becomes profitable, speculatively speaking fair value at the moment is anything from $0 to $1.92 depending on the formula you use. but if we use our common sense then 20c would seem fair to us biased holders esp those holding for last 3 years at 5c a share, at this stage though, I can see very few holders that would have an avg cost below current price, so once the traders who got in at 5c-8c are out, with some volume this could easily see very little sellers between 12c-15c and that's what could push this through towards 20c regardless of fair value.
