Are you suggesting that the market is not also rewarding Spartan, Bellevue and OBM as well Sally?
Every company is 100% focussed on tasks at hand … until an additional very attractive opportunity arises.
Shorting of stocks is also something you need to get used to.
The shorters don’t always get it right and they do provide liquidity (buying) with everyone else is looking for the exit.
GMD doesn’t look too undervalued at ~$3 billion to me either, so shorters may be losing that battle too.
