a question for the more experienced

Morning All

I was thinking of asking managment this question (and I still might), but I thought I'd ask the learned folk here first in case it's naive and unrealistic or just plain stupid.

Prior to clinching this Cornerstone Investor deal, what's the probability that PEN's management would have asked for a verbal or written assurance from PALA that they would either 1. support the share price AND/OR 2. make a committment to not sell any of their newly acquired shares for a certain period of time to ensure stability moving forward.
