Well, I must admit I can't predict what the powerball numbers will be.
But I (and anybody can) predict what will happen in the mega Aussie housing crash of the century in much the same way as a distant observer witnessing a speeding locomotive approaching a 100 tonne concrete barrier. Hard to predict otherwise.
