At the time I didn't think many of your points were valid due to information I believe to be true at the time - you seem to forget you were also banging on about how it would have been better for the VA to have been done. If that VA would have been done, there would be no company and we wouldn't even be having this conversation. I don't shoot the messenger - but if I believe I have other information to share that contradicts it, then I will. I am still amazed at what is happening with OVT with this announcement. In case any of you are scratching your head about why this former ZIP CFO has joined OVT, there is a sweetener that none of you would see for now. If you go to the share registrar and look you'll see he took up 50M of the shares from the SPP at 0.004. Based on today's price, that means he's made a quick 800K and has done nothing. Perhaps that was offered as a signing "bonus"??You might want to also delve deeper into who bought the SPP shares - there are some interesting names and companies that pop up. Some may say it is a good thing. Others not.
